Bottlenose B&B

Hi, please can you help. We did not stay there. The hosts were not there when we arrived. They were on holiday. How do we get a refund. I did cancel online that same night.

There was nobody to receive us at the B&B. The place was locked. Please help with refund. We were desperate as our credit card had been debited and we had no place to stay. And it was very late.

Walking distance to the beach

There is nothing that we enjoyed as per details on the previous comments. Very bad breakfast, very unhygienic facility, uncleanliness. Very bad attitude by the Owner, not customer friendly. He does not understand the concept that we as the guests pay his bills and as such deserve treatment with respect.

Please refer to the previous pages with comments for the details. We did not like sharing the facility with the family of the Owner, not being told upfront that this was going to be the case. We did not like being illtreated by the Owner, who also reminds us that he is the owner of this facility, we must only engage with him on matters of this facility, not his son, who is also living here, yet when I was phoning for confirmation prior to arrival, he made me speak to his son.
