Perfect location, in the middle of the historic town. clean and tidy room, authentic italian feeling :) Owner is very kind. Breakfast (incl. capuccino) was delicious! Alternative milk was avalaible.

Very friendly staff, great location in the city center, parking available directly on the street. Large room with comfortable beds, huge terrace with a view of the green courtyard. Good, typical Italian breakfast.

No elevator, but there are only a few steps to the rooms

Great location. We got a bigger room for the same price. The host was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Everything is a bit worn out. The knowledge of English of the host is very basic. The rooms are very noisy. The host wasn't present when we arrived

Staff is very nice, room was with huge terrace, we loved the location too, breakfast with fresh pastries, typical italian.

A delightful hotel with really helpful staff.

This is a clean and comfortable accommodation in the heart of an old and beautiful Italian town. Included was an excellent breakfast in a classy restaurant setting. Valentino was very helpful with advice about the town attractions, and the free parking was a bonus. Not exactly lavishly appointed, but excellent value in an authentic Italian setting.

The breakfast was continental style served between 8.00 and 9am in a small dining area.The owner was exceptionally friendly and obviously enjoyed his work in this hotel which his family owned since 1958.

Can’t fault anything

The owner was extremely kind. The room is in a nice old building. Parking may be difficult, there is no place dedicated to the hotel, we had luck. Breakfast is "Italian", do not expect too much, but it was good, croissant is fresh warm.
