The property is a beautiful house in a small village near Udine, with a lot of trees and flowers… peaceful and quiet, yet so close to lovely shops and restaurants in the town … The owners are nice and helpful, we really enjoyed talking to them… The breakfast is exquisite with a choice of sweet and savory food, prepared freshly every day… we loved frittata prepared by Mr. Marco with fresh zucchini, cheese and herbs… All-together a very nice experience!

We would appreciate some more flexibility regarding check out…

Fabulous Accommodation in old home which comfortably hosted 6 adults. Easy secure parking, Great customer service with exceptional breakfast. Highly recommended ... wish we had stayed longer

"Our "home away from home" in Friuli."

Breakfast was perfect, just what we needed, and the coffee is of course excellent. Very clean and great bathrooms, the upstairs shower is elegant. What an elegant place to stay in the Friulan countryside.
