B&B Torre Porta Marina

J’ai adoré le logement avec la roche apparente dans la salle de bain. le coin est agréable et se situe dans la vieille ville (qui est selon moi le plus beau côté de la ville). L’hôte est super gentil et à l’écoute. je recommande vivement cette adresse et j’y retournerai sûrement !

The location is the only thing this place has going for it. Everything else was extremely disappointing.

This was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. First of all, the property advertised air conditioning, but there was no air conditioning in the room at all. Upon arrival, I had to wait for about an hour because nobody was there to check me in. After finally getting into the room, it became clear that opening the window was not a solution: the street noise was extremely loud, and insects kept flying into the room. Without air conditioning, the room was unbearably hot. To make matters worse, the TV remote control was broken. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of support. For over two hours, I could not find a single staff member to help. I made countless phone calls, and nobody answered. Nobody responded, nobody cared, and none of the issues were addressed. In the end, I had no choice but to leave and book another place to stay. This was an absolute nightmare experience and a complete waste of time and money. Do not be fooled by the photos or the selectively positive reviews. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
