Emplacement au calme avec une petite plage en contrebas, vue exceptionnelle et dégagée sur la mer méditerranée. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais complet, appartement très propre et sans parler du super accueil !

Pas d'emplacement de parking privé, places dans la rue en descente

Accueil très agréable, super hôte, magnifique vue sur la mer et bon petit déjeuner compris !

Il letto era molto scomodo e non molta privacy tra le camere.

This property was my first stop traveling alone from Nice into Italy and i chose it for the view and amenities. Did not disappoint. The host was helpful and offered to pick me up at the train station even though Italy were playing in the World Cup the evening of my arrival. My room was cozy and clean and seemed newly refurbished, the bathroom was well stocked with towels and products and was also very clean and beautiful. the view is absolutely breathtaking and i ate my provided breakfasts on my own little porch looking out over boats in the Riviera and the ocean meeting the sky. There is a public beach just below the property which is accessed via a winding cliff-walk and is equally wild and packed. The water comes very close to the cliff walls so be prepared to perch on the large pebbles if you, like me, are alone and therefore can’t book a sun bed in the sun bed area? there is a beach bar that was absolutely pumping on a Monday in July with focaccias and paninis and drinks and live music in the middle of the day.

The only minus for me was the properties location a little out of town (hence the gorgeous views and proximity to the ocean) as i felt a little unsafe making my way to and from dinner in the dark. it is in reality a ten minute walk from the old town of Ventimiglia so if you are a man traveling alone or a couple this wouldn’t be such an issue. i felt myself scurrying a little along the roads to get myself inside.
