Being told at the actual place that I had to pay extra R100 because the room difference is taken by bookings.com Meaning, the room was worth R450 but the R450 I paid is R350 for room and R100 for bookings.com I should have been made aware that I must pay R550 at the start.

Nothing

The room was very small, no privacy, bathroom shared, room not attracting at all, bed not comfortable, noisy as it's closer to high way .very disappointing didn't even stay for an hour
