"Fabulous B&B in County Carlow with superb hosts"

Comfortable rooms/bed, good shower/bsth/toiletries provided; excellent hosts (Tony and Mairead); excellent breakfast (the best we’ve had in 3 weeks in UK and Ireland) and they were kind enough to drop us into town for dinner, recommended where to go and help arrange taxi home

When we arrived at Orchard Grove in Bagnalstown we were greeted by Mairéad who welcomed us and showed us to our room. It was a beautiful two bed en suite room with facilities for tea/coffee and a light snack. Mairéad offered to drive us into Kilkenny where we were attending a wedding. Breakfast the following morning was latest 9.30am, (I love my snooze in the morning) but I could totally understand why it was that time because her phone never stopped ringing and she had to prepare for her next guests. Breakfast was a FULL IRISH and was delicious. Great conversation with other guests and the host. I would give this Bed n Breakfast a 100% top rating. Oh and the jam was lovely 😍😍 I would definitely go back there again. Thanks Mairéad and your helper. Up Limerick

Big room, clean, good shower, nice breakfast, kind host. Super! Loved the chocolate fudges in the room

The kettle in the room broke but it was quickly replaced with another one, so no problem.
