Location was the only plus

Toilet was not cleaned properly, rug in room thread barren, no breakfast for Caucasian renters , written up as a 3 star not even close to 3 star.

Room was comfy and heating was good. Really convenient location easy to get around.

It's a real nice stay here and enjoyed my stay here. If you don't mind the walk of 15 minutes to the supermarket and 20 minutes to town centre.

Was a bit expensive for the room stay.

I can't think of any areas for improvement. The room was reasonably priced and I had a wonderful stay!

The location was very good. The place was quiet, the room was warm and cosy.

The room was very dirty. Found many pieces of hair in the bed when we first arrived, which makes me believe the sheets had not been changed. The bedside tables were marked and dirty, hadn't been wiped. There were cobwebs on the window. There was hair in the bathroom and yellow stains in the sink... Nothing had been cleaned upon our arrival, extremely disappointed. If the room was clean our stay would have been perfect. When I tried to talk to a member of staff about how dirty our room was he waved me off and acted as if he couldn't speak English. Awaiting a refund, wouldn't return.

The bathroom was so dirty , the shower was disgusting , I couldn’t bring myself to have a shower on the second night after a whole day of exercise. Not ideal! I went in the dining room in the morning to just ask to fill up my water bottle for climbing and was told no ! Really you are refusing people water ! Had to go to Morrisons just to buy water! Dirty shower is one thing but water !! The place is cheap but bed and breakfast usually means food ?! I would avoid this place again and just pay more money !

The check in/out process was easy and convenient. The owner answered quickly to our questions and the room was quite comfy. We found everything we needed for our quick stay.

The bathroom and the room in general could be a little bit cleaner. There was plenty of dust in the tables, corners of the bathroom… That is the only thing we didnt like that much.
