Location was good for what we needed.

There was no hot water, the milk provided for hot drinks was off, and the bathroom was dirty, scum and mould around the shower, floor dirty, old cotton bud left on floor, mould on bedroom wall, dust/dirt in places and very noticeable. We are ok with basic accomodation, but not ok with it being dirty, not having hot water. We have emailed the accomodation about this but no response. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well.

The location , next to hospital

No way of entering the premises, door locked with a code , no code given, rang phone number on door and got greeted by some man who couldn’t speak a word of English and got a bit grumpy when asked for the code , still waiting . Had to rely on wedging the door open so I could get back in, other customers were trying to get in as well with no code . Shower was starting to show black on the wall through damp and shower pressure was none existing. A really poor experience for £109 no breakfast available, want be going back .

Very easy access to the building and the room was lovely very clean and tidy. Nice view from our window. Staff are very helpful send you the code before you arrive east check in and out and can come and go as you please.

Quite a walk into the town centre.

Dirty. Not vacuumed around beds and heaters. Empty food container was in the room as we arrived.

Its perfectly fine, does the job but not much more to say about it really. You never see any staff, distance to the town is good. Bed was fine and they provide extra blankets and a hot water bottle. The bathroom is great and the water pressure is pretty terrible with very slow response showers. If i could suggest 1 thing to improve this from a 5 to a 7 or 8 out of ten, sort the water pressure. Value for money is fine, the area is inherently expensive.
