整體很環境溫馨又乾淨，客廳備有小鞦韆吊籃和小車車，很適合帶小小孩的家庭旅行。廚房備有簡單調味料、咖啡奶茶、和鍋具餐具、擦手紙等等，非常貼心。花蓮很熱，民宿的冷氣設備也很不錯，開一下子整個房間就舒爽清涼了起來。衛浴也很乾淨，且寬敞。

民宿位置較偏僻，附近沒有餐廳或便利商店，但索幸有Uber eats,飲食問題不難解決。
