離花蓮火車站很近，停車算方便

和室房的床墊中間的地方陷下去了，躺下去人陷在中間，連翻身都不容易，和室墊子應該換了，平時一些設備都要檢查一下，冷氣的室外機運轉的聲音很大，影響睡眠。
