W łazience zlew był zatkany, przez co nie można było umyć rąk. Problemem był również zablokowany odpływ, który uniemożliwiał korzystanie z umywalki. Podczas deszczu woda przeciekała po ścianach i kapała z sufitu, a domek został zalany.
