Truly everything! Perfect location, beautiful Victorian architecture, comfortable room and bedding, immaculately kept and thoughtfully appointed with many extras for the comfort of guests. Excellent home cooked breakfast, generous wine and beverage service happy hour, beautiful spaces for guests to enjoy… the best part is Courtney, the innkeeper. She’s a perfect example of a warm human who is living her best life and it shows in the atmosphere she creates. The staff are fabulous friendly and great people.

"Perfect stay with a lovely host!"

I love historic homes, it’s a treat to stay in one that hasn’t been gutted with its original features removed. Courtney maintains this victorian, seaside hotel with love. Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. Happy hour is fun and a nice way to meet other guests in the hotel. I stayed in Oliver, beautiful view of the beach and the fire place!

Courtney made our stay extra special! The breakfast was delicious!!! The location was perfect. She made us reservations at the coolest dinner spot! We truly enjoyed our stay!
