Tutto. Gli ospiti sono davvero carini e accogliente, attenti alle esigenze del cliente. La struttura è stupenda, pulita ed accogliente con una vista eccezionale. Le colazioni tutte preparate in casa sono una coccola

Eccezionale! Tutto fatto in casa di ottima qualità. Jacopo e Virna hanno soddisfatto ogni necessità, nostra e della nostra bambina.

Questa struttura, nella sua semplicità, è stato un posto perfetto per me per "ricaricare le batterie". Prima di tutto, grazie alla gentilezza genuina di Jacopo e Virna, che lavorano tanto per prendere cura di ogni ospite. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima, con una vista da cartolina, con pezzi di arredo unici! A disposizione frigorifero e bollitore nella cucina in comune. La piscina "panoramica" è calda, bella, con angolo relax all'ombra. Colazione con pasticceria fresca fatta in casa da bravissima Virna. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo! Grazie di tutto! Spero di tornare.

Per non sembrare poco credibile, in quanto parlo solo dei vantaggi, posso aggiungere, che avrei gradito le poltroncine più comode sul balcone, o cuscinetti per le sedie, visto che non ci sono angoli isolati al verde, a parte la terrazza grande (ombreggiata) in comune, e quindi, se vuoi stare in tranquillità da solo all'aperto, stai sul balcone.

Lovely hosts, position and wonderful breakfast. It was too early in season for the pool but looked lovely.

Dont follow google maps and read their instructions for arrival! We made this mistake but it was our fault.

We had a terrific 3 night stay, hosts Virna and Jacopo are very welcoming & friendly. Our room was thoughtfully decorated & had a private balcony with great views across the valley to an ancient hilltop village. Everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast each morning truly exceptional & very generous, with great hospitality & personal service from Virna and Jacopo. Highly recommended.

The place exceeds expectations. The hosts are super warm and friendly! The facilities are very nice. The room itself (where we stayed) is comfortable with a balcony, with beautiful views. There is a kitchen, an outside dining area, and quite a big pool. The place is on a hill in the countryside, so you can enjoy views in tranquility. In the premises, you could stroll on their farmland (olive trees, garden, animals), so the place itself is very big. Short (10-15 minutes) drive to San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare with beaches, restaurants and shops. I mean it is one of the best places :) You cannot go wrong with booking there.

We loved everything about this property. It is perched right at the top of a hill and overlooks the stunning mountains and valley. What a gorgeous view from our rooms. The porches off the bedrooms are equipped with tables and chairs for your morning coffee, and again…the view…oh my! The beds are very comfortable, the closets are spacious, the bathrooms are super modern and everything is clean, clean, clean! Breakfast…what can I say about breakfast except that it’s the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a Bed and Breakfast - what a beautiful spread of cereals, fruit, breads, cookies, cakes, meats and each day a main course representative of an Italian region. And, weather permitting, breakfast is a sit down meal, served outdoors alfresco under a vine canopy - talk about a truly a Italian experience! And when possible, ingredients from their own garden were included. The pool is absolutely beautiful and it too looks out over the mountains. Our nieces were thoroughly entertained by the pool, the large trampoline, visits to the donkeys and farm animals and playing with Salva the family dog. And last but not least, the hosts - truly you couldn’t ask for more hospitable, warm and accommodating hosts. Jacobo and his lovely wife are the quintessential Italian hosts. In other words, they make guests feel welcome and cared for! We loved our stay here and highly recommend it AND we hope to return some day soon!
