"Clean and tidy with a warm welcome"

Parking for the car. A warm and friendly welcome. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy. Good quality toilet roll and a full English breakfast.

The room was a little on the small side with only space for a double bed and one bedside table. The bed was very comfortable although the pillow case cover, due to its embellishment, was very scratchy so had to turn this over.

"Friendly, welcoming and delightful host with a wonderful breakfast"

Viv is a most congenial host and when we arrived an hour earlier than expected, she was more than happy to accommodate us and let us in. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and access to town was an easy 20 minute walk or short bus ride, which was very nice, especially after a day at the Summerton whiskey festival! The breakfast was superb, with all you could need. We felt very welcome the whole stay and will definitely book to come back here should the need arise.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

"Exceptional"

The location, although kinda out the way, it was in a lovely, safe feeling area. The hosts were brilliant with their local knowledge, as well as telling me about the bus routes into Hatfield for Slam Dunk Festival! The beds were comfy and the rooms were cozy, literally no complaints at all
