Mi è piaciuta molto la colazione a base di torte fatte in casa buonissime; la posizione, a 15 min di camminata dal centro storico, la pulizia e la stanza con tutti i suoi comfort e la cordialità dello staff.

"Home comforts close to city centre"

This is a charming b&b a 15 minute walk from the centre of Ascoli Piceno. Fabio is a fabulous host who is easy to communicate with. He allowed us to park our car in his garage and he offers a lovely breakfast, with local produce and walnuts from his own orchard. The room was decorated in a lovely homely style with a modern bathroom. Thanks for a great stay
