Posizione molto tranquilla, comoda perché dotata di posto auto e rimane nelle vicinanze del centro storico di Ascoli

La sala dove si fa colazione è piccola e funzionale ma manca qualche sfiziositá che è sempre ben gradita. Dalla strada inoltre la struttura è poco visibile e non segnalata
