The lady was very nice.

There was no ensuite, and we used what appeared to be the family family bathroom which was very dated.

"Very nice people but would prefer non smoking residence."

The breakfast was great. Location was okay. Sheila was very nice.

I didn't like that they smoked and the smell was throughout the place.

"Wouldnt stay again"

The bed was comfortable but smelly

It smelled of cow manure as its on a farm.The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke including the duvet. The room was advertised as deluxe but it wasnt deluxe. The tv is tiny. Should have supplied binoculars to watch tv. There was no water supplied to drink as I needed medication. The breakfast was abysmal and self service. I only wanted bacon and toast and I had to make my own toast and tea. It is a shared bathroom. It was very expensive for what it was. I would never stay here again.
