Location is very nice and convenient

Kitchen for veg and non veg should be separate

Excellent for staycations! Located near to Bhatye Beach. Rooms are neat and clean. Living room has a sea view balcony. Easily reachable via google maps. House help and host are very good. food was tasty. villa has parking area and small garden to play some games.

The housekeeping staff was quite accommodating

The villas are meant for 4 people only then it becomes worth booking. Hygiene was a big issue. The place is not well kept.

I stayed for 2 nights and had brought 2 bedroom villa for 7k per night from booking.com. I had mixed experience here. Just the Good part is Location. It's on mountain top surrounded with lush greenery. All villas are sea facing . Very quiet and peaceful.

Not so good part 1. I stayed in 2bhk villa , ac available only for bedrooms n not for hall, where tv is fitted in hall. Hall n Kitchen was of no use, no microwave, coffee , sugar n tea saches provided. Glasses for water was also not provided. 2. Bed linens, blankets n covers where not clean had all stain all over. Oyo also provides better. 3. No walk in restaurant available,  you have to give pre order. We gave dinner order for 2 days which was served very late after 10.30 pm even though the order was place at 6.30 in evening. One day when i asked at 9 pm when will they serve dinner they said the guy has gone to buy fish and vegetables. 4. Wifi is not stable so risky for staycation. No range on second floor bedroom. 5. 1km away is kurli beach which is small n Bhatya beach is 3km away which is not clean.  No beach activities nearby. 6. 1 AC remote is shared between 2 bedrooms where 1 bedroom is on second floor, not convenient at all. The stairs within villa are spiral n did not had ralling so its unsafe for kids n senior citizen. Basically, not worth the booking amount you pay . If you have many members then only go for it.

The villa was comforting and at a nice location from where sea can be viewed. Howevere the sea beach is 2kmaway from the hotel
