The barmaid tried her best to help

It was overbooked meaning I had no where to sleep. The room I should’ve had, was rebooked for a homeless person who is a longstanding resident of the tavern accommodation. It is more of a homeless shelter with a bar downstairs. My situation took many hours to get resolved. Avoid this place at all costs

The staff were great. Really helpful and friendly. The ambience and history of the building was awesome. As an historian and lover of architecture and the arts. I was like a kid in a sweetshop. I hope to visit again soon.

Accommodation is filthy

The staff were helpful and good location

Dust in the coffee making facility, cobwebs and loose wallpaper in the ceiling. I have never experienced more delinquent guests who kept opening and slamming doors during the night and even knocking on my door. The shower head was unable to hoist it high.

Greeting was informative and pleasant.. easy walk to the town.

Dirty floors, very strong stinky smell in the building. We vacuumed and cleaned the toilet. Kept our shoes on.
