Value for money at a quarter of the price of other hotels. Central city location. Surprisingly quiet both noise from the pub itself and the road outside.

Cleanliness could have been better. Blood smeared on the light switch. Previous occupants towel still hung on the back of the door. Cobwebs everywhere that had clearly been there a considerable time.

The room had tea and coffee making facilities with complementary cookies. The room was much larger than I expected. The bed was comfortable. I liked having my own sink and mirror, with a shared bathroom (with toilet and shower) down the hall.

I needed to slam the door to get it to shut properly. The house keeper the next morning noticed this and made a note to have it fixed.

The location was great, just a short walk from the city centre. The staff upon arrival were nice. The room was decent enough, a good size to move around in. The bed was ok, nothing to write home about. The price I paid was ok. Certainly cheaper than a lot of places in Salisbury. But it was a room above a pub in a multi-occupancy kind of building. For this fact and the fact you share a bathroom with others, I think it's a little overpriced.

The Bathroom - The sink in my room was broken. A door with a lock separating the bar from the stairs in the bar to the bathroom.
