"A thief"

An impostor. We like B&B's, personal. First allows to make a NON refundable booking.Then says she's full and asks to cancel the booking. But it's not refundable. She proposes an alternative: her brother's sterile hotel, we consider and don't accept. We find an alternative ourselves and then... she keeps the money. We ask twice for a refund. She never answers.
