Very near Lord Street and the marine lake. Free parking. Friendly, helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean. We already have our second stay booked.

The property was absolutely immaculate, the rooms are tastefully decorated, warm and very modern. The facilities in the room were amazing, plenty of bathroom products, tea and coffee, biscuits, bottled water, a mini fridge ( a welcome addition to store insulin for a type 1 diabetic ). Beautiful bed linen and towels. Black out blinds, flat screen tv. Bathroom pristine with shower and vent axia lovely and hot and easy to operate. Clean towels always available. The communal lounge area absolutely stunning. Dining room warm and inviting and well laid out. Access was great and located near to local amenities. The frontage is superb and lovely seating outside with a car parking area. The property was lovely and peaceful and quiet and help always on hand from the amazing wonderful proprietors.

There was absolutely nothing I felt was negative about the property.

every thing was excellent , rooms modern and very clean, best breakfast I have ever had host very friendly and helpfull near all shops and theatres
