"A very good stay in Strontian."

Beautifully decorated home, peaceful and quiet environment. The room was spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. The hosts were friendly and interesting to talk to.

A bit remote to access.

After a very long car journey we had a wonderful welcome, a great sleep and a perfect breakfast. We couldn't have asked for more. The area is stunning so we will definitely be back for more.

It really is in the middle of nowhere, so make sure you are organised with dinner arrangements. The host let us know in advance which was really helpful.

Everything. The location is in stunning countryside, remote but close enough to great dinner options. Lorna and Paul are exceptional hosts and the breakfasts were hearty and flavorful.

The only small gripe was not to have the opportunity to dry and heat the towels.

"A memorable stay."

Heatherbank Guest House was idyllic - welcoming and so perfectly quaint. It was a bit off the beaten path, but certainly worth it. Aside from our booked room, which was so cosy - the lounge area provided another great spot to enjoy. Breakfast was exceptional. Couldn't ask for any better. Would certainly recommend a stay here.

"A wonderful stay in a remote but unique setting"

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and cosy plus a lovely welcome by the owners. The room was delightful, tastefully furnished, as was the rest of the house and we felt very much at ease. Breakfast was tasty and filling and the hosts were great and friendly.
