HOUSE RULES – Keeping the Vibe Comfortable for Everyone We want every guest to feel at ease and enjoy their stay. To help maintain a peaceful environment, please take a moment to review the following guidelines. If you feel these rules don’t suit your needs, no hard feelings — you may cancel your reservation free of charge. We’d rather host guests who truly feel at home here. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 16:00 – 21:00 Check-out: 8:00 – 10:00 Quiet Hours (21:00 – 8:00) You are welcome to come and go freely, but we kindly ask that you keep noise levels very low during these hours, both inside and outside. Respecting our neighbors’ rest helps maintain a positive community atmosphere. Garden Hours (9:00 – 21:00) The garden is available for peaceful activities such as reading, relaxing, or quiet conversations. To preserve the calm environment, please avoid late-night gatherings or loud phone calls. Shoes Off Inside The house is a barefoot or slipper zone. Fresh slippers are provided. After the beach, please shake off sand outside to keep the space clean and comfortable. Food & Drinks Kindly avoid eating or drinking in bedrooms. The dining room and garden are designated spaces for meals and refreshments. Kitchen Use Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for breakfast, reheating food, or takeaway dinners. Please scrape dishes, load the dishwasher, and leave the kitchen tidy for everyone’s comfort. Windows Please close windows when heading out to avoid unexpected weather surprises indoors. No Smoking or Drugs Smoking (including cigarettes, vapes, cigars) and drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property. If you need a smoke, there are nearby outdoor areas available. Utilities Please be mindful of water, electricity, and heating usage. This helps us care for the environment and keep the space sustainable. Thank you sincerely for respecting these rules.
