Excellent Communication prior to arrival. Sent directions and a pin to exact location and was easy to find even in the dark.... wish I had stayed longer

We stayed just for one night, but we were very impressed . Everything in the room was new and clean , the place was warm and cozy . In share room you’ll find a kettle, coffee machine , fridge and toaster. The owner very kind and helpful person.

Everything was great. Perfect for myself and my husband and a separate bedroom and en-suite for my elderly mum. All on one level which we needed due to her mobility. Hosts were great and breakfast was delicious 😋. Thankyou

Very quiet location, large room, excellent bathroom. Very friendly staff, easy check in.

Only downside is you can hear everything going on in the central shared area when inside the bedroom.

Carolyn was super friendly & attentive, checking in before arrival & confirming what I needed. Gorgeous space in a really calm, quiet, beautiful bit of countryside.

Great location for walks, Stowe Gardens, historic houses and Silverstone. Great food in Abthorpe and Towcester. The property is quiet, rural and very comfortable with all you need for a short stay.

Peaceful location with a very clean and welcoming accomodation. Beds are very comfortable with lovely linens. Very well equipped. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely book again.
