The breakfast & the distance from the ocean

The window didn't close properly, we could open it from outside easily. We didn't feel safe. Also, we ordered an airport drop off, and agreed the price with the hotel/driver, but when we arrived to the airport he asked for more money.

Right on the beach front with amazing views! The breakfast was lovely & the staff were also very kind. Tuktuk to Mirissa was easy to organise also.

Beautiful view guaranteed, very tasty breakfasts and great stuff. Everything that you need, you find in the room (small fridge, air conditioning). Highly recommended!

"Super stay with very helpful staff"

Fantasea villa is a perfect location to stay in the area outside the strip of Unawatuna. Very nice rooms with a terrace next to the sea and a small private beach. Fantasea villa is runned by a couple of young guys and they are so nice and welcoming. They helped us with arranging a bus, brought me to the bus stand 05:45 in the morning and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. The breakfast in the morning is also lovely. The room is clean and the basic amenities are perfect including hot showers also. We also rented a scooter from them for a fair price. I definitely recommend this stay for a good budget and quality balance. Thank you guys!

The only thing that is not so good is the mobile reception in the room and their WiFi is not that good.

The view from the shared terrace was breathtaking, the delicious breakfast came with a wonderful view, and the staff was very kind and friendly.

This guesthouse is located on a very busy street, and since we prefer quieter areas, it was an inconvenience for us.
