Very helpful staff and lovely rooms with outdoor seating on a terrace Lovely secluded feel in the courtyard surrounded by plants Shop on site was full of lovely fabrics and prints as well, well worth popping in Breakfast was continental, good but not the most filling

The manager at this place is so helpful. She helped us arrange tuk tuk and a taxi to Negombo for great price. Housing was really nice, rooms were big and modern and breakfast was served and tasty. A lot of greenery in this housing. Location is good, a few minutes from the busy main street and beach. Thank you!

This guest house is a perfect oasis in Unawatuna. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms beautifully decorated with everything you need (including a mosquito net) and set in a lovely calm tropical garden. We were well looked after by the best team (especially Gayani) who was so friendly. The breakfast was great too. Highly recommended!

The view from the front room wasn’t great due to recent building but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Everything else was perfect.

We did not like it that we hired a tuktuk with them. I specified if the price she was telling us was for the four of us and she confirmed. When we got to our destination the drivers told us it was the price for one tuktuk…. Then we had to pay double the price she told us. We came back to the hotel for less than the half we paid to get to the beach. They were not helpful at all in this aspect

Nice villa with a few rooms to rent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we also used laundry service which was very quick. Location is good, close to the central beach and also within walking distance from the Jungle beach - no need to use tuk tuk, you can have a nice walk through the jungle with great views. The villa was very comfortable with a pleasant garden when we had breakfast every morning. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The AC was doing a great job!

Noise from the street was a bit disturbing, particularly at night. The lighting in the room was a bit dim and probably I'd have one more mirror in full size.
