"A relaxing stay."

Alan and Linley were very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were surprised but delighted to see yummy homemade treats on our arrival. Breakfast was very tasty with homemade jams and marmalade. The room was very cosy and we had our best night's sleep since we'd been away. The location was close to town and although we drove it could be walked in about 15 minutes or so. We'd definitely stay here again.

We honestly can't think of anything.

Lovely accomodation, spacious room. Great location for Auckland Airport. Alan and Linley were excellent hosts. Superb breakfast We will definitely stay here again if we are in New Zealand
