"Very relaxing! A home away from home!"

Our hosts Alan and Linley were wonderful - so welcoming, kind and thoughtful without being intrusive. Our room was comfortable and well equipped and our breakfast was delicious. The location suited us very well. Set in magnificent gardens, it was beautiful, tranquil and within walking distance to one of our desired destinations, the Warkworth historical music. The town centre was a short drive. Thank you Alan and Linley for a lovely stay!

The room is a little small, but very comfortable and extremely clean. The owners are lovely—kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Breakfast was amazing, with great quality and variety. Parking is easy and convenient. It was very quiet at night, and the garden is beautiful and relaxing. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Havde den skønneste terrasse ud mod have og natur. Blomster, sommerfugle og fugle i nærheden. Allan og Lindsey var venlige og fortalte om seværdigheder. Fik lækker morgenmad, meget var hjemmelavet og smagte virkelig godt. Vores værtspar gav os brød med til at fodre fiskene ved Goat Island.

Savnede intet.

A very nice stay and great breakfast with many self-made products. It's located in a quiet area a bit away from the town centre but that didn't bother us at all. Lovely couple who run this B&B.
