Good home from home stay. Easy to communicate, check in / out. Peaceful area and room. Host is incredibly accommodating and friendly. Bed super comfy, clean large shower. Enjoyed my stay. Good access to M4 too.

Location was great , lots of parking , 30 mins walk into town , past parks and greenery . Modern, clean and sunny room with all amenities I needed

Good location just on the outskirts of Wokenham The room was very comfortable and included TV and tea making facilities A good choose of continental breakfast items that were served in the kitchen Car parking was easy to find just outside the property Jo was very welcoming with a friendly approach to hosting guests Good value for money
