Villa Lapis

The property is in category of a rural tourism which was renovated with a lot of imagination and love. Location is great and exactly as described. The stone house is pretty old and solid. Some of original stones one can see in the room (one of walls). It is cute, functional and good value for the money. Hosts are very kind, ready to help in every possible way. They prepare breakfast for all guests using Bio products, olive oil, herbs…etc…They make homemade jams and pastries. WiFi works properly as well as air-condition which I didn't use as to the fact that the particular night was pretty fresh. It is also a very good point if one wants to discover the Coast. In about 20 minutes one can reach the closest beach (Koper) not even mentioning some hiking points all around.

One has to be prepared for trains. The main railroad Ljubljana - Koper is below and tracks/trains can be seen from the window. Windows are soundproofed. If they are closed, the chance to hear the train traffic is very small. If you leave a window open over the night, it might be disturbing if sleeping is very light.

Rundum ein perfekter Ort für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Landschaftlich sehr schön zwischen Bergen und mehr gelegen. Individuell und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer in einem liebevoll saniertem Haus in einem ruhigen Dorf mit Blick ins Tal und in der Ferne das Meer bei Koper. Sehr herzliche und kundige Gastgeber, die einen mit wertvollen Tipps zur Region und dem besten und reichhaltigsten Frühstück versorgt haben.

Sehr nettes Paar die das kleine Hotel betreiben. Geben sich wirklich super viel Mühe und sind sehr Hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück wird komplett selber zubereitet und ist wirklich gut. Im allgemeinen schönes kleines Hotel abseits vom Trubel der Umgebung.

Pedrag y Barbara son adorables. El alojamiento tiene mucho encanto, es ideal para pasar unos días de descanso y desconexión por esa zona. Riquísimo desayuno con productos locales.

Very welcoming and friendly couple. Very good breakfast with scrambled eggs from local farms, feta cheese, tomatoes. Home made marmelades and tea/infusions, a delicious home made pie with mint, bread, cereals,... They went over my expectations by preparing the breakfast 1 hour earlier. The view over the hills and the sea is breathtaking. The relaxing corner on the terrasse, the sensation to be far away from stress and hectic city life ... I wish to come back for a vacation instead of a work trip.

Nothing. For info: due to the location along a steep hill, cars have to be parked a bit further from the b&b. Access with a big camper is difficult.
