A TV in the room would have been nice

Jasper is dedicated to ensuring his guest stay is as good as it can be. Even before we arrived he was in touch to find out what we like to eat for breakfast. He was full of suggestions about local destinations and a mine of information about the local area. It is a great private space to hang out in. Jasper made a birthday breakfast for my wider family on our last day as it was my youngest son's birthday. He then invited my two small grandchildren to feed the leavings of the freshly baked croissants to his chickens. They loved it!

The only difficulty for us was the journey in very wintery weather. The track leading to the property was very muddy and our hire car was small and unsuitable. Next time I will be in a more suitable vehicle!

Exceptional host, exceptional breakfast. Excellent base for visiting Abbotsbury, Lyme Regis, Weymouth. Very comfortable beds with en-suite shower. Very peaceful, calming, relaxing place. Nearby pub/restaurants for evening meal before retiring to the peace of the B&B

Perhaps another easy chair could be provided in the bedroom so both visitors could sit at the same time. Not a problem, really, because the bed was so comfy.

A wonderful weekend staying at Top Parts B&B, in the most idyllic setting. Jasper was the perfect host & couldn’t have taken better care of us. Could not recommend more highly :)

Excellent breakfasts, eggs from rescued hens and now at Top Parts.

It would have been helpful to have been advised Top Parts is at the end of a very long stoney track. A long mirror in the wardrobe or attached to the bedroom wall would be useful.

The location, friendly owner, great breakfast

Pillows were a little uncomfortable.
