Kadalamma Beach Homestay

Close to Rly Station and Beach.

Far away from any shop or town. Getting conveyance is difficult. Keep the Autorickshaw / Cab drivers phone. Beach ⛱️ isn't clean as it is fisherman clove.

I had a very nice stay here, came back for a second stay. Very nice and helpful hosts, rooms inside the house and beach huts, nice different breakfast options.

The beach is not really a tourist beach, more a fishermen beach, but still good for a swim and walk.

Location given on Google search did not match with true address. It must be corrected as soon as possible . Breakfast was awesome .

Perfect place to stay in Alleppey. The owners were super nice and very helpful.

We loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family by Jaii and Evette. They are incredible hosts. Their home is comfortable and well designed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a big bed, furniture and air con/fan. There is always hot water in the bathroom. We were invited into their living space to relax and chat. Filter water is always available. They helped to book a backwaters boat trip and arranged rickshaws for us too. They also offered lots of advice and recommendations for places to eat. This is a lovely homestay. Highly recommend.

Jay and Yvette were great hosts. We were late arriving due to traffic from Kochi but a light evening meal was offered for our arrival which was great as we were too tired to head out again. Booked boat tour and sunset kayaking trips through Yvette just the night before which was super easy and both activities were great to explore the backwaters. Beach just a step away for a quiet dip in the morning. Very friendly homestay and nice to chat to host and guests to get tips for the rest of our India trip. Would recommend a stay 😊

Rats, no mosquito nets, no maintaining the property, no facilities such as wifi, clean drinking water, toiletry. Foreigners treated well but not given importance or patience to listen to us. A big no if you are going for this stay

Very welcomming and helpfull hosts, really nice, clean and spacious bungalow with view to the sea, filtered drinking water, A/C etc. Excellent homemade indian (sea)food everyday, excellent local breakfast, help to arrange boattrip etc. Quiet place - Take a rickshaw (100-200 INR) to the city center.
