Raport calitate- preț imbatabil.Aproape de centru.Acces facil.Ideal pentru tranzit.

Balconul langa o stradă circulată începând cu 7 dimineața.Acceptabil, oricum. Depinde cât ești de sensibil la zgomotul stradal.
