Room is all you need. There is nothing to complain about. We keep visiting Simos beach and stay in this place. Location could not be better.

Great location a few mins drive from Simos beach and the main strip. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony that looks out to the water. The little kitchen had a hot plate and everything needed to cook. Lots of beautiful succulents and little details around the property that made it a joy to be in. We brought a car over on the ferry because there are no rentals on the island. it’s a small island but some kind of wheels are recommended to get around.

We had a little hiccup as we were leaving. I booked through booking.com and it said ‘pay at the property’. I went to settle up with the host the night before leaving because we had to leave very early the next morning to catch the first ferry. He looked into it and said payment would go through booking.com so we left it at that. The next morning as we were rushing to leave, he was waiting outside to tell us we needed to pay. This ended up being quite stressful as we only had a few minutes to get to the ferry and if we missed it, we’d miss our connecting ferry and two flights. It ended up working out in the end and it was an honest mistake but I recommend sorting out your payment early to ensure there are no mishaps.
