The "room" was huge, with a full kitchen, living area, and bathroom. All of the equipment I needed was available in the kitchen, TV and shower worked well, and they even provide washing up liquid, tea towels etc. which was great. The bed was comfortable, and despite facing a fairly busy road, I barely heard any noise all night, and the blackout curtains worked, if anything, a little too well. Very clean, very comfortable, and within five minutes walk there are multiple small supermarkets, corner stones, bars, takeaways, and restaurants, so very easy to get what you need.

Information and communication was a little lacking. There's nothing in the flat about what's nearby or how anything works, and whilst it was all pretty self explanatory, it's still nice to have. More importantly, the parking is just confusing. I think you can use the car park at the back of the building, but the signs says "residents only" and it's very unclear if the "apartments" are part of the hotel or not. Some additional information before hand or in the room would have been great, as would directions to the car park. On-street parking is available (though very limited/busy). I also didn't know how checkout worked, and the check-in information was sent via text, rather than message or email, which meant I almost missed it completely.

The kitchen at the room was good. The room was quite big. It was was quiet in the surroundings.

The location was a bit challenging on top of a hill. We had a bit higher expectations of the room but it was ok. The bathroom was quite basic.
