Baywood Inn Bed & Breakfast

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They had plenty of complimentary snacks, wine and cheese and easy to get access to water, towels etc as needed. Cold evenings they had the fire pits on and it was cozy and nice. Location was right by the water, and we could enjoy the various events or just laze around. The atmosphere was very chill with no one in a hurry. Room was large and expansive with lots of space and a balcony. Lots of parking and street parking also seems plenty. Easy access to the state parks. These parks are great ofr birdwatchers.

The breakfast menu was very limited. The restaurant is mexican with a fixed menu. Only american dish is pancakes and eggs. While this is great once, it can be tiresome every morning for longer stays. We did not even have breakfast the second day. Even a simple bagel/cheese option or toast would be nice. Beverages are also limited to one, e.g. coffee OR juice.

Location is good. Rooms are comfy and clean. Good place to sit down outside and enjoy wine

The staff were really wonderful and all the extras really made it. The breakfast at the Mexican restaurant was delicious and kept us full for most of the rest of the day. There were baked goods in the lobby you could help yourself to any hour of the day or night, wine at 5:00 and the always available coffee and tea. Our room had two rooms - a large living room with a beautiful view and fireplace and a separate bedroom. The bed was large and comfortable. There were lots of pillows, and we slept really well.

The only thing was the bathroom. It was outdated and had low pressure in the shower. I guess it's good to have something you're excited to come home to because I was sad to leave that view!

We went to the Nautical Bean . The offerings were good, the food and coffee tasty. The atmosphere fun and relaxed.

Big room with a nice view on the bay. Complimentary food and beverage. Firepits available for guests. Satisfactory breakfast.
