It is on top of the mountain with incredible view of area. You can go around and enjoy the beautiful landscape, wineries and refreshing weather. The place is the most peaceful and relaxing and no one is around it. Just birds and nature. They have nice areas in the large land for you to hangout, enjoy your drink and view and relax. The road to get into property is a bit small and not fully paved and at the 1st if you are not from there makes feel like ohhh where is this going, but when you get into property it will surly surprise you.

Location, house and garden are beautiful. Manciano view on opposite hill and wine orchards around is marvelous.

Breakfast was simple with packed bread, youghurt, jam and cakes. Everything was sweet - no cheese, no ham. Coffee was in the thermos. I would prefer something more tasty in the land of culinary art :-)

Giacomo and his wife were so kind! They and their dog Rocco greeted us on arrival, showed us the space, and made us a reservation at a nearby restaurant for dinner. The room was a beautiful farmhouse room with high ceilings and a decent sized bathroom. The land around the property is gorgeous, with views of Marciano and fields in the distance. You feel like you’re on your own little mountain. We are a surprisingly large breakfast on the picnic table outside in the shade of a large tree that made me want to live there. The property is a 15 minute drive from the thermal springs in the area (we went at night and it wasn’t crowded) and a few restaurants (we had a hard time getting a reservation on a Sunday, so ask ahead). If you are not well-versed in Italian, be ready to break out the Google Translate to help with conversation (we loved this!). We would definitely stay again!

Giancarlo and Moira are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the property is very well kept. My 3 y.o. son loved the garden and playing with the dog (Rocco). I would definitely recommend Casale Giacomini.

The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by wineries with a stunning view of Manciano on top of the hill. Such a romantic setting for a couples trip! It was just perfect for us.

We loved everything!
