Room with a large bathroom, kitchen with everything you need, clean, parking in the yard, very nice owner. 

That Italian breakfast with croissants is problematic. True, they also left us 3 pieces of toast (for two people?) in the fridge, but the toaster is not there. Breakfast is the biggest problem of the accommodation, 9 stars for that. The mattress is with springs, it creaks under you as soon as you turn around, quite soft, but if you are tired, it can withstand without any problems

Everything was very good , except breakfast

The breakfast was poor , only sweet staff from the supermarket . But they did frittata only for us. So ,this is the plus.

Anna was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent. A great choice of juice, tea, coffee and fruit and breakfast type food. Wonderful kitchen with everything you'd need.

The bed was not comfortable. However; I had enough pillows to make it work.

Nice place surrounded by a flowering garden. Delicious varied breakfast. Very friendly hosts.

The room was very dark even when the sun was shining outside. There are alarm buttons in the room that go off all over the house - I accidentally pressed one of these at night and got scared by the sound. The owners could not explain the purpose of this.

I recommend an extender to amplify the internet connection because the wifi signal was weak or even not working.
