Medellin Seaview Inn

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is nice. The location is a few minutes drive from Kawit Beach.

The breakfast has only 2 options. If you like a nicer beach to swim, try staying near Kawit beach instead.

The staff were beyond accommodating and so helpful and.nice. they went out of their way to make everything amazing for our large family gathering

Shower didn't work but the faucet was high enough thar it didn't really bother us

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly. There is a lot of potential activity space especially the lot area is quite big. We enjoyed that it was just a few steps away from the beach.I

I Just have some problems with the bunk beds. It's not so sturdy we are afraid to go up and down the bed, it kept on swaying, so we just slept at the lower bunks. There was 3 bunk beds and there are 5 of us.

- Leaking AC - Beach access always lock - No food selection.. good thing there is another restaurant opposite side - some room have netflix access while others dont have - Swimming pool looks like its not being cleaned - shower with low pressure

The place is so peaceful. You can relax by the pool, by the garden or simply go to the beach just opposite side of the property for free.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good - happy to have bacon for the first time on this trip! Bed was fantastically comfy.

A bit put off that, although breakfast was supposed to be included, that was only for Filipino breakfasts; budget and English breakfasts cost extra (not much, but disappointed on principle). The property, although beautiful, needed some care and cleaning, and sewer gas seemed to be coming up the shower drain.
