Monique & Kit, are fantastic host's, the accommodation is superb, we stayed in the luxury apartment which is very quiet, private and has everything you could possibly ask for, we only stayed for 2 nights, but wished it was a week. We booked a breakfast on our last day, which Kit cooked for us, which again was excellent,

We did one night in the ground floor apartment and the owners were so welcoming and friendly .location just stunning the accommodation stunning. And the food wow absolutely amazing lots of home grown local produce on the plates I doubt you'll taste better very highly recommended and will definitely be back .

Absolutely nothing.

We had a relaxing weekend in the very peacefull well equipped apartment. Great breakfast provided daily . Hosts Kit and Monique made us feel very welcome . Would definately recommend The Molesworth Arms .

Nothing! everything was wonderful!

Everything about this place was stunning. From the generous, kind owners to the place itself. We felt very welcomed. The bedroom was so cosy and everything was spotless. I genuinely just wish I could have stayed longer. The food was another level. And the breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had.

We loved the charming rooms, excellent food, lovely bar with well crafted cocktails, warm and lovely hosts, attention to detail.

Monique and Kit are wonderful hosts, good cooks and great gardeners: the building, its interior and its surroundings are all beautiful and well cared for. Rooms are separated from the main pub buildings by stairs in the little garden, and offer facilities beyond what you’d expect - e.g: extra heating, bathrobes, a sofa, good books. The view of the church just outside is lovely. The menu was really unexpected, tasty and fun, and the breakfast in their lovely garden room (including ginger and turmeric shot and homemade granola) was superb. Pyworthy is just off the beaten track, meaning you wake to birdsong and nothing else. A wonderful find especially if you’re exploring mid-Devon/Exmoor/Dartmoor, or perhaps on the way further west and looking for a stopover. I’ll be sure to return.

It’s hard to criticise this lovely place and its dedicated and genial hosts. Quirky pub decor like fairy lights might not be to everyone’s taste, I suppose, but I found the place really charming without trying too hard.
