It was all good. The evening meal was much better than expected. A well-selected French Rose was available. The Sea Bream was perfect, as good as available anywhere. The vegetarian sweet potato stew was exceptional. This venue is a family enterprise (Kim and Monique); with Monique cooking, I was expecting Antipodean home cooking, which I have some experience pretending to enjoy. This was genuinely delicious food and wine.

This is 2.5 miles from the Holsworthy. There is nothing else at this location, and the Pub does not open before six, so you have to be fit and like walking or have a nominated driver to make the best of this place. Kim is a bit like Michael Palin and is a good host.

Lovely people. Location difficult to find - not their fault - great atmosphere, very sociable and accommodating service. Food definitely to be recommended. Guests should definitely have dinner there!

The external steps to the room can be a little difficult to negotiate if you have a physical Impairment for any reason

This was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated to top notch hospitality and service. The food was phenomenal and the owners were so friendly, kind and considerate. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.

Our hosts were wonderful. They were welcoming and helpful and it was a lovely place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay. Monique and Kit went out of their way to accommodate us, even ensuring we were able to eat when we arrived a little late due to traffic. The food in the pub is amazing and breakfast was equally brilliant. The room was so comfy and clean and we really enjoyed sitting in the sun in the little garden outside.
