No breakfast wax served

Location was very simple

Nothing at all . Because we used to sleep at that place and they used to treat us good. But this time around it's opposite.... firstly they gave us the room we didn't book on the first place...we booked the one with double bed but sadly we were given the one twin-single beds in different yard from the one we used to sleep.

We booked a balcony room with double bed but to our surprise we were given different room with 2 single beds with old-fashion mirror furniture at the corner next bathroom ...which is room number D6 that is not comfortable at all. They don't give it attention like the ones in the reception yard ... There was no bottled water, there was only one dirty towel, there was no mads, there was no air-conditioner ,there was only broken plate heater which is malfunctioning , We had to ask for bottled water and extra clean towels. They made a mistake when I was paying room of R660.00 using speed points at the reception, they swiped R66.00 instead of R660.00 I haven't realize that mistake....then after some fours later they came to our room to tell me about their mistake of deducting R66.00 instead of R660.00 .... I didn't have a problem of rectifying their mistake..... But I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY KNOCKED AT OUR DOOR IT WAS LIKE POLICE LOOKING FOR CRIMINAL OR THUG AND I WASN'T AWARE OF THAT MISTAKE BECAUSE I DIDN'T CHECK MY PRINT OUT SLIP.

Breakfast was not included. We thought breakfast was included but although it says bed and breakfast.

The doors did not lock. The stay was okay, N9w
