NZoff duty staff sitting around facilities disturbing the potentially quiet and serene surroundings Limited availability of wifi Strict restrictions on timing of availability of breakfast - I was asked on 3 separate occasions when would I like breakfast and told 3 time I could only have breakfast at 8am and then asked 'was this convenient' to which I replied 'No as I have just asked for an earlier time'. Once would be ok but to be asked 3 times and essentially told no, you can only have it when convenient to the kitchen does not leave the feeling of good customer services

In my children, room bathroom showerhead half the whole water goes everywhere , tiles floor dirty from the concrete damage wasn’t looks good at all bad condition, toilet tiles very dirty, shower tray shallow water goes everywhere . i’ve been witness flooring been putting every day to swimming pool without testing room looks different than in the picture in the Booking.com.

Very poor maintain property , wi fi is working only by the pool and terrace, in the room there is no Wi fi connection and no tv , not a big deal about the tv … and there is no ice , if you bring yourself something to drink you are going to drink it hot and I’m not talking about tee

Staff, leaking aircon, owners noisy children while eating, location was hard to get to with bad unmade road.
PTGBThe location is amazing. You are in the middle of the oasis. During the night is even nicer. Never seen so many stars in the sky. Abdul and his cousins were very nice. The food was ok as well. Part of the road is still under construction. You can make it with a normal car, but a suv might be a better choice.
The beds are very very very hard.
