The room was very small. Built like a 80s 3 star motel...besser block walls Drab....bad layout...little bench space Old style bathroom...was not pleasant

Clean and comfortable room. Everything was provided for breakfast. Very quiet location, with great views. There was an outdoor sitting area (I didn't really have time to enjoy it, as I only stayed one night). Good location for visiting the Waitomo caves. The hostess was very friendly.

"Good functional stay, very nice hosts"

Clean, organized, compact, easy parking, good location, wifi was decent. Breakfast was continental, functional.

No complaints, some screens on the windows would be nice to allow for air circulation at night.

We had a great stay here. Room just as pics, very comfortable. Breakfast provided in room was very convenient - choice of cereals, toast, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee! Our host was lovely and kindly dropped us at our pick up location for kiwi experience! We would recommend a stay here :)
