The Lagoon shade

It's a very isolated places , you do not get rickshaw very easily. Also these people do not give you glasses for drinks which ate made of glass materials. They give you paper cups all kinds of drinks. My room had smell of dampening and it was very irritating. Their bath Exhaust was also not working. They did not gave us AC remote in room so I had to open the windlow at night. Staff is very casual and irresponsible.

The hotel and view from balcony was awesome. Rooms were clean and big enough. Privacy and home feel was there in the first floor rooms Home cooked food was available at cost.

Could be little bit more customer friendly. The oldman at the property was kind of rude in communicating. Though owner (Krunal) was good. Charged me extra for some small markings made in bedsheet (by kid). Have not experienced this other places. Access road is very difficult for old people and kids. will be even more difficult/slippery if it rains.

Good location near the airport (you can see the runway from the terrace), spacious room, hot water and access to a small kitchen with utensils and drinking water

Firstly the location was too difficult to reach, the staff was very rude and only kept asking for the money through out the stay (i purposely didn't pay in the beginning coz i wanted to first check the place/ room), wifi network was poor, the staff there asked me to keep the room's door opened to get fast wifi network, during checkout they didn't give me enough time to pack the bags and were in super hurry to make the checkout.
