Everything was very good the staff and the accommodation

I enjoyed my stay regarding accommodation and food - breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant.

The building itself looked tired and would benefit from a freshen up. I would not swap this for the service I received, but it is more to do with first impression.

Location

Not a continental breakfast. Simple children's breakfast of cereal, yogurt, fruit, cheap packet pastries. Other guests removed fruit juice. Bed two singles pushed together with uncomfortable midway split.

Convenient location for my business trip, welcoming staff and very comfortable bedroom

Road noise was irritating but got used to it, but there were some very odd banging / clanking noises during the night. Perhaps due to it being above a bar.

Convenient. Quite. Loved the food downstairs in the pub. Good choice of food in the Breakfast room. Room was clean & catered for all our needs.

The breakfast and on site facilities were the best we have encountered in recent months. The kitchen set up for breakfast was perfect. The food in the restaurant was very good too.
