"Bad presentation of facility"

The location is good. Was convenient for our business trip.

The linen is either brown or grey. One could feel sand on the bed. Towels are torn and old from msc cruises. There is totally no kind of milk. Breakfast was terrible. The omelette had only cheese. The fish on the side was either not well done or not fresh. By the time we got home around 12 midday my colleague had a running stomach. I personally ate the toast and drink.
