Signora Carla ist eine perfekte, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das originale Interieur des Hauses stammt aus den 1930er Jahren, es ist sehr gepflegt (die Matratzen sind sehr gut). Es finden sich alle modernen Medien. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Im Hof stand das Motorrad sehr gut. Auf dem umlaufenden Balkon trocknet/lüftet die Sportkleidung perfekt. Ein ausgiebiges italienisches Frühstück, süß,
